Mindfulness in Education

Mindfulness by Amber Gardner was born from a simple question:

What do you want most for your children?”


From parents across cultures and backgrounds, the answers were the same: happiness, health, passion, and purpose.

I created Mindfulness by Amber Gardner to make these qualities a natural part of education and everyday life.

Through our three pillars: well-being, focus, and balance, I design tailored programs for schools and nurseries, host social workshops for children and adults, and share online meditations and focus exercises. Every session is rooted in evidence-based mindfulness, life skills, and the belief that these traits can be taught and more importantly learned. Together, we can nurture confident, focused and joyful learners and create communities where both children and adults truly thrive.

Mindfulness Coach

My name is Amber Gardner

My name is Amber, and I will be your mindfulness coach. As a mother and avid equestrian, I discovered mindfulness through a desire for greater peace and well-being in a fast paced . I began teaching mindfulness classes with Emaar on Kite Beach, which grew until Covid forced a pause. After resuming the classes, I am excited to continue growing this practice. I hold a degree in English Literature from Concordia University and have earned certifications in Positive Psychology from BerkeleyX and HarvardX. I invite you to join me on this mindfulness journey.
