Mindfulness Coach

My name is Amber Gardner

My name is Amber, and I will be your mindfulness coach. As a mother and avid equestrian, I discovered mindfulness through a desire for greater peace and well-being in a fast paced . I began teaching mindfulness classes with Emaar on Kite Beach, which grew until Covid forced a pause. After resuming the classes, I am excited to continue growing this practice. I hold a degree in English Literature from Concordia University and have earned certifications in Positive Psychology from BerkeleyX and HarvardX. I invite you to join me on this mindfulness journey.
